We specialize in selling silk sarees and related apparel products.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

We try to ensure accuracy, but:

1. Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences
2. Handloom / silk products may have minor irregularities (natural feature, not defect)

2. Pricing & Payments

1. All prices are in INR (₹)
2. Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise
3. We accept payments via:

7. Wallets (if enabled)

Orders will be processed only after successful payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

1. We ship across India (and internationally if applicable)
2. Delivery timelines: 3–10 business days (depending on location)

Important:

1. Delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, or natural events
2. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Accepted if:

1. Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
2. Request is made within [ 3 – 5 working days] of delivery

❌ Not accepted if:

1. Product is used, washed, or worn
2. Tags are removed
3. Change of mind (unless you want to allow it)

Refunds:

1. Processed within 5–10 business days after approval
2. Refunded to original payment method

5. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
2. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

3. Not to attempt fraud or unauthorized access
